To make the process as simple and easy as possible, we've created a helpful video that walks you through each step of submitting an expense in the Accountabl app. You can also follow these step-by-step instructions:
- Open the Accountabl app and log in at app.accountabl.eco/login.
- Once you're on the homescreen, select "Expense."
- Choose whether you paid for the expense with company funds or your own personal funds.
- Click "Upload Receipt."
- You can choose to upload a photo of the receipt from your device's library, from a file, or take a photo of the receipt in real-time.
- Allocate the expense to the appropriate group and choose the category of the purchase.
- Tap "Submit Expense" and you're all done!
